Preventative Maintenance
Our ‘Preventative Maintenance’ service pinpoints the components in your production line that are exposed to high levels of wear and tear. Once these sections are found, our engineers will ensure that they are replaced within the component’s lifecycle.
Corrective Maintenance
In the event of unforeseen problems that impacts the production line, our ‘corrective maintenance’ service provides swift onsite technical support to resolve and shorten the downtime.
Training
Even if you have purchased the latest equipment, delivering optimal results is only as good as the designated user. That is why Lamipak believes in providing a training resource that gives the client deeper oversights in their plants and as result contribute to improving their overall performance.
Remote Support
Lamipak also offers a remote support service that is ideal for breakdowns related to plc. Using our troubleshooting software platform we can directly connect to the machine controller (plc) and guide them through the troubleshooting phase and restore their machine in the shortest time. From experience, if a plc break down occurs, remote support has proven to provide the quickest turnaround on resolving these issue.

What is 3L?
While our LamiCare technical services focuses primarily on ensuring your production line is well maintained through our preventative and corrective maintenance as well as onsite training. 3L is a service that provides a long term solution where our engineers are proactively finding ways to bring your operational costs down using well tested methodologies.
What is the value of this service?
With the aim of bringing your operational costs down, our experienced engineers will come onsite to assess and locate areas that could be enhanced. Once these areas have been established, our engineers will implement their improvement plan by sharing their knowledge and expertise to your staff members. Over a period of 1 year on average, the project that was initially overseen by Lamipak engineers will transition into a project driven by the client and becomes self-sustainable with minimal assistance from us.
